The Word Vipassana is from ancient Pali Language. Meaning-'Insight' " To watch your intellect carefully" It means "Purification of Thoughts".

A.There are Two parts of Vipasana Meditation:-
1.Observation of Breath-'Anna-Panna-Sat': Try to regularize breath: Careful observation of Inhaling- It would touch One point in your Nose.
Exhaling would come slowly at your moustache,where sensation is observed at One particular spot.
Only watch and observe these sensation without any reaction.
Carefully Inhaling and equal Exhaling are desirable.
If you can improve self breathing method your thoughts would automatically regularized
2. Observation of Body sensations,without reaction is must: Sensations resulted from Chemical Reactions: Created out of Emotions.
The regular practice of both breathing as well as observation of Body Sensation is essential. Mindful Meditation.
B.Why Purification of Thoughts are essential?
It is definitely possible to ask One question every moment whether these negative thoughts of Hatred,Revenge,Ego is bigger than One self's peace of Mind,Behavior pattern in Family and Society!
3.You just tell any work carried out without conscious , Mindfulness, I would tell negative effects of the same.

- You are receiving thoughts even at the time of Sleep. If you are sleeping with Negative thoughts chances are that you awaken in the Morning with Negative Mind set up: Awakening Badly tired instead of Fresh after a good Sleep.
- One can be rich by his own thoughts at the same time pauper by his own thought-
- One can be optimist or may be pessimist by own thoughts.
- A famous saying is that if you are thinking that you are defeated, defeat is inevitable ; if thinking is positive it would definitely help in winning.
- Each breath creates a thought , Each Thought Creates an emotion in the Body " May be positive or Negative". Each emotion through Chemicals Reaction finally creates a sensation in the Body.
- There-fore by simple observation of Breath and body sensation One can judge requirement of particular moment.
- It is must for Conscious living, effective working with better concentration!
- To my humble submission Any work which you have carried out during the day without consciousness, care , alertness - including Sleeping Hours; It would definitely result in negative effect on your Mind, Physique and Soul;
- Day to day offending on small 2 matters like Tea is delayed, Electricity Current not available, Traffic Jam may be controlled through practice of this Meditation.

- Even normal Food, Eating work carried out carelessly with Negative thoughts, may instead of benefiting your body Result in Peptic Ulcers and even go to worse to Intestinal Cancer.
- Simple work of Freshening Oneself number of times during the day must be carried out consciously, carefully with alertness;Not done as above may result in Prostate- Cancer.
- If you are complaining throughout the day that means you are losing opportunities available, without visualizing future.

- A very Senior IPS officer and Father of Two growing Adolescent Daughters was found involved in the Murder of a Small Lady Journalist
- A Son of very Senior State Political Leader found involved in the murder of A Model now serving Life imprisonment in Tihar Jail Delhi
